Each length is approximately 45cm long. This is the recommended length of thread for dental floss. We recommend you floss before brushing. Use a new piece of floss between each tooth. Go gently, as flax is one of the strongest natural fibres. If you have trouble with it slipping between your teeth, pulling it through your fingers can warm the wax and make it slip through easier.
