Shipping policy

Australia Shipping Options:
AusPost Flat Rate: $4.90
Your order is fulfilled from our Sydney fulfillment center, usually within 1-3 working days. It will then be sent via AusPost and delivery targets will vary depending on your location.

 

New Zealand Shipping Options:
ParcelPost Shipping: $4.50
This option is sent via tracked ParcelPost with New Zealand Post, and delivery is typically within 2-5 working days. Rural addresses will be sent as normal post. We don't use any plastic in our packaging. We do not use adhesive labels for our addresses.

Courierpost: $6.00
New Zealand wide, non-RD. This is tracked, and normally arrives within 1-2 days.

International Shipping Options:
Because of COVID-19 impacts, we have had to pause shipping to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand temporarily. We are working on setting up a Vancouver distribution center next who will be able to handle delivery.
